Shimbu Sings 'Will you be my girlfriend' Song For Poda Podi

Simbu, who has recently come back from Los Angels after recording his Love Anthem-For World Peace has released one more teaser from his album.

The Manmadhan actor has revived his most waited projects Podaa Podi with Vignesh Shivan that has Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar playing Silambarasan’s love interest, which also marks her film debut, following with Vettai Mannan with his childhood friend and debutant director Nelson and Vetrimaaran’s directorial Vada Chennai.

Besides these Simbu is also touted to be crooning a track for Siddharth, Shruthi Hassan, Hansika and Navdeep starrer film ‘Oh My Friend’ being dubbed in to Tamil as ‘Sridhar’, which is sung by Siddharth and Shruthi Hassan in Telugu. The lastly released teaser goes with 'Will you be my girlfriend?' lines, which is another peppy number that has vocals of STR.

Simbu Searching For Good Girl To Wedding : But His Own Choice

Kollywood's most eligible bachelor Simbu is all set to enter wedlock soon.Simbu says he has to select a girl of his choice.

Simbu says about his marriage as “I have been saying no to my parents from past four years and now I guess can’t push it any more and so said yes to them.Either I need to fall in love within a year or else mummy sollura ponna katika ok solliten.”

Currently Simbu is awaiting for Podaa Podi release and on the other side he is busy with the shooting of Vettai Mannan and Vada Chennai. Simbu is waiting to release his non filmy album Love Anthem-For World Peace.

Simbu Back to the sets of next movie Vettai Mannan

Simbu who is back from recording his latest albulm Love Anthem in Los Angeles is back to the sets of Nelson directing Vettai Mannan.

Simbu tweeted as “Back to shoot after like almost 2 months !!! Feels so grt to hear start camera action :),” Simbu is pairing with Hansika in Vettai Mannan while Jai, Poonam Kaur and Deeksha Seth will be seen on other lead roles in the film.Vettai Mannan movie shooting was given a break of 2 months as STR is busy with Love Anthem song.

Vettai Mannan tunes are being composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Hansika will be seen as a gangster in the film. SS Chakravarthy is producing the movie under Nic Arts banner.

Simbu's Podaa Podi Reaches Final Stage of Shooting News

Simbu and Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar starring upcoming movie Podaa Podi has reached its final legs of shooting. Vignesh Shivan is directing the movie.

Podaa Podi director Vignesh Shivan says “Podaa Podi showcases lead pair in 3 different stages and so it takes more time when compared to other big films,The team will fly to Macau for a schedule of about 10 days to shoot the last song."

Shobana, Saranya Mohan and Poonam Kaur will be seen in other key roles of the film.Santhanam and Premji Amaren in cameo appearance. Dharan is music director of the film.

Simbu will direct Kettavan in 3 languages

We have reported that Simbu is all set to kick start the shooting of his years back shelved off directorial film Kettavan . Simbu is in plans to direct Kettavan movie simultaneously in three languages which is said to see the limeloght next year.

Simbu speaks about Kettavan as “Since the story of Kettavan is universal I decided to make the film in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. It will be enjoyed by all sections of audiences. I am planning to start the film mostly by next year. Kettavan is the sequel to Manmadhan but the story and the characterization will be different."

“Already one of the songs from the film ('Yennada Nadakudhu Inga...') was out on the net and it is a huge hit"further added Simbu.

Simbu joins with Gautham Menon one more time !.

The character which shot in to fame of kollywood handsome actor Simbhu with Gautham Menon's Vinnaithandi Varuvaya is now again joining the hands with the director ,but now for the sequel of Vinnaithandi Varuvaya.

Simbhu himself said that he will be seen in Gautham Menon's direction but this time for sequel of VTV.Now Simbhu says about it as “I am not sure whether it is the sequel to VTV or a new script. But I am happy to join Gautham once again. Gautham has his own style of making a film and he knows the pulse of the youth very well”.

Right now Simbhu is busy hetic schedules of three films Vettai Mannan, Podaa Podi and Osthi.Simbhu said Currently I am doing three projects and I am happy to be apart of interesting projects”

'My wish list is too long to list out' Says Simbhu

We have earlier reported that Simbu is right now busy in more than two projects in which Podaa Podi movie shooting is in final stages.Currently Simbhu is busy in shooting of Vettai Mannan at Pondicherry.

Simbhu to kick start his bollywood remake film Osthi from June 20.Now the latest news we hear from kollwood film sources is that Simbhu recently had story discusions with top three directors of kollywood they are none other than Mysskin, Cheran and Vetrimaran.It is also heard that Simbhu was much impressed with all three stories and interested to work with those films.

On this Simbhu Says “I am in a catch-22 situation as I loved the scripts narrated by all the directors and I would love to work with them. My wish list is too long to list out”.

As of Simbhu has a project with director Gautham Menon which was in pending as it was intended to work out after VTV. Lets hope that Simbhu to come out with all the films releasing one after the other.Stick here for more updates.
