Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar is set to unveil the first look of “Heroine” with Kareena Kapoor next month.


“For everyone who’s asking #Heroine first look will be out by June 1st week! Bas thodasa Intezar aur (The wait’s not so long),” Bhandarkar tweeted.


Bhandarkar earlier revealed the first look of the film with Aishwarya Rai at the 2011 Cannes International Film Festival, however, the actress had to opt out of the film because of her pregnancy.


Kareena replaced Aishwarya after that.

Heroine ( हेरोइन) is an upcoming Indian film co - written and directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. The film revolves around the life of a once successful film actress Mahi Arora, whose career is on the decline. Though speculated to be based on the lives of yester year divas like Madhubala and Marilyn Monroe, Bhandarkar has denied the reports saying that the movie is a “contemporary film which reveals the underbelly of the movie industry and its well-kept secrets.” Bhandarkar said that he considers the movie his magnum opus.Kareena Kapoor has been cast to play the lead role of Mahi Arora.The film is slated to release on 14 September 2012.

A movie without an intimate scene or two dropped in for spice is almost a thing of the past. Indeed, all film makers have to do to ensure the ringing of the cash registers is to make sure to include at least one intimate scene in a film.

How then could Madhur Bhandarkar’s forthcoming film ‘Heroine’ starring Kareena Kapoor in the lead be left far behind? It has been reported that Kareena and actor, Arjun Rampal will be seen sharing a very steamy scene on-screen in ‘Heroine’.

Madhur has gone on to claim that this scene will be top-notch surpassing all other love scenes made in Bollywood. Actually, even Arjun Rampal has never shot for a scene of such magnitude ever before. Kareena though is not a novice to hot scenes. Earlier she had shot one such scene with Ajay Devgan in ‘Omkara’ and another with Saif Ali Khan in ‘Kurbaan’. This scene in ’Heroine’ though will be steamier, as per what the industry insiders say.

When probed further for details regarding the scene, Madhur chose to maintain a silence. He was of the opinion that it was too early to talk about it at this stage of the movie.

Kareena Kapoor makes it clear to everybody about ‘Heroine’ Movie

Is ‘Heroine’ based on Aishwarya’s pregnancy?

On the sets of Heroine, Kareena Kapoor was spotted with a baby bump. As soon as her photo with the baby bump were out on the net, rumor mills started their work. Yes! Rumors had it that the film ‘Heroine’ is based on Aishwarya Rai, who walked out of the movie after her pregnancy announcement.

Though the director of the movie Madhur Bhandarkar has clearly stated that his film is not based on any actress, yet there are n numbers of stories coming up, time and again.

Talking to a news channel, Kareena Kapoor makes it clear to everybody that ‘Heroine’ is a completely different movie and is neither based on Aishwarya nor Manisha.

Kareena further tells that, the story is a fiction and is written by Madhur himself. She also tells that, it is not the heroine or her clothes and glamour that the tale is based upon but her mind.

Katrina To Face Kareena Onscreen For The First Time

Katrina is not completely out of Salman’s……film. Well, it’s Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor’s forthcoming movie ‘Body Guard’, which have been in news for some time now.
Our birdies found out from sources that British hot beauty and Salman’s ex, Katrina Kaif will also feature in the most awaited movie. But let us tell you it’s not for a full length role. In fact the actress will only be seen in a blink-and-miss role.
Salman who plays the title role is said to be bodyguard for Katrina, who will appear for a scene in the movie as herself. Yeah, so that means one can look forward to see this ex-couple, Salman and Kat, together on the screen.

Saif, Kareena to tie the knot

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have finally put all the speculation about their break-up at rest by declaring their marriage. The couple is keen to tie the knot by next year. Marriage was always in their mind but they did not go for it due to their respective careers but not the duo has seen that marriage will not hamper their career and hence they are eager to walk down the aisle.

"Saif is absolutely comfortable with Kareena's family. Kareena has also finally found a comfort level with Saif's children. This was the biggest stumbling block in the marriage," says a source.

Says Kareena's close friend, "Saif has been keen to marry Bebo for ages now. He wanted to make it official soon after he met and fell in love with her. But the couple agreed that such an early marriage would affect her career negatively. But Kareena is now at a stage where her marital status would make no difference to her career."

There has been no rift between Saif and Bebo and the wrong rumor has hurt both of them. Says Kareena's close friend, "Bebo told us that there can never be any issues between them because they are devoted to building a life together. Whether people like it or not, Bebo and Saif are in this relationship for keeps."
